This 4,389-square-foot West Austin home certainly has some power hitters in its past. It was originally drawn by Arthur Fehr, whose 1950s modern designs are considered local treasures.
Completion of the home was then picked up by Page Southerland Page, one of the oldest and most esteemed architectural firms in the city, then and now. Both firms drawings of the house are at the Austin History Center.
The three-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom house has now been restored in its original spirit by Don Crowell and Fern Santini. The lot is .48 acres, and the lot next door is for sale, as well, and can be included in the same sale.
