A favorite of architecture and design aficionados, professionals, and people who simply love beautiful homes, the annual AIA Austin Homes Tour takes place this Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 15 and 16. The self-guided tour will showcase 12 homes with an impressive array of styles, sizes, and features. (More information about tour logistics can be found here.

Tour participants will get a chance to look up close at the craftsmanship, materials, and details of the homes, as well as the opportunity to gain insight into collaborations between homeowners and architects.

This will be the 30th annual AIA Austin Homes Tour and will feature the work of longtime local favorites as well as notable emerging architects. Below are photos of the work and designers on the tour, just to whet the appetite. You’ll want to see all of these gems up close and in person this weekend.
