In an ongoing series with Curbed Austin, real-estate analytics site NeighborhoodX is taking a close look at sales price ranges in different neighborhoods. Today, it’s checking out numbers in the Allandale neighborhood.
A northwest central Austin neighborhood, Allandale is much like neighboring areas Rosedale, Brentwood, and Crestview, in that it is close-knit and family-oriented, with lots of neighborhood activities (its Fourth of July parade is locally famous), and boasts quite a bit of stock built from the 1940s through the 1960s.
