3515 Greystone Drive, two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house, 904 square feet, $1,100/month. This is a rare two-story single-family home at its price point, located off MoPac in the Northwest Hills area. Cats and small dogs okay.

2501 Manor Circle Apt. C, two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment, no square footage listed, $1,095/month. An upstairs unit in an updated fourplex in Windsor Park, just east of the Mueller development. Vaulted ceilings, large bedrooms, backs to greenbelt. Additional $40/month for water and gas.
