Today's focus is the Rosedale neighborhood, a wonkily shaped area in north central Austin, bordered by parts of Burnet Road and Lamar Boulevard, approximately between West 38th Street and North Loop Boulevard West/Hancock Drive.
The current average listing price in Rosedale is $377 per square foot, although the individual properties that make up this average range from $275/square foot (3902 Peterson Avenue #106, a 617-square-foot condo asking $174,900—down from $283/square foot) to $467/square foot (2902 West 44th Street).
