Updated Clarksville Craftsman asks $1.4M

1920 home with original features and style

Gray wooden Craftsman house with big porch, white trim
903 Shelley Avenue
Keller Williams

An original Craftsman-style bungalow built in 1920, this home has been renovated and received an addition, but the work was done with a careful eye toward preserving the style of the original. (Bob Dylan and Beatles lyrics decorating the dining room walls aside.)

The 3,056-square-foot home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It features wood floors, lots of woodwork in general, stained glass windows, and a large, screened-in porch with a dining area.

In addition to full electrical and plumbing replacement and foundation repair, the updates include a $40,000 solar panel installation (included in the home price, presumably).
