The funky Delwood Neighborhood off Cameron Road just keeps getting hotter. People have been renovating the postwar tract homes in midcentury style for the past decade or so, for the most part in a style that refers at least vaguely to mid-century mod.
This Peggy (Peggy!) Street 3/2 takes a different approach, updating in the modern farmhouse style that MCM redos seem to be morphing into. The refreshing take here includes cowhide rugs, lots of brass and wood in the kitchen, and claw-foot. Contemporary touches like open room plans and burnished concrete floors come into play, too.
