1910 home renovated and updated

We call it North Campus or North University. The realtors call it the Heritage neighborhood. Let's split the difference and call it Heritage Campus. Whatever it's called, it's a sweet neighborhood, close enough to UT to be suitable for professors or graduate students with families, but with plenty of distance from frat parties and general student revelry.

This 1910 Craftsman, located said neighborhood, has been nicely renovated, with longleaf pine floors and other period features intact. It has four bedrooms, three baths, and renovated rooms like the kitchen are sound stylistic fits. Bonus: A guest suite/separate dwelling/office with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living area in an annex connected by a breezeway.
