The buying season has begun, we think

4304 Ravine Ridge Trail, $1,650,000: A one-acre "estate" in a gated community with a view of the Austin Country Club golf course, Jerri Kunz interiors, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, pool, 4,570 square feet.

1705 Westover Road, $975,000: Updated 1940s frame house in Pemberton Heights with second-story addition, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2,167 square feet.
