Sleek Clarksville Contemporary in Treetops Asks $1.95M

Dick Clark redesign

Originally built in 1987, this two-story house has received a full-on Dick Clark redesign. It's a tight fit on a lot in a great location, but the effect is that of a treehouse tucked into an urban forest. Its open design and gigantic windows underscore the impression and emphasize spectacular views from some of its bedrooms (there are three, along with bathrooms) and decks. Wood, metal, and terrazzo finishes give it a classically modern feel with abundant warmth and light.
