Austin Home Prices: The Highs and Lows of the Rosedale Neighborhood

The range of home sales varies less than in other parts of the city

In this ongoing series, real-estate analytics site NeighborhoodX is taking a close look at sales prices ranges in different Austin neighborhoods.

Today's focus is the Rosedale neighborhood, a wonkily shaped area in north central Austin, bordered by parts of Burnet Road and Lamar Boulevard, approximately between West 38th Street and North Loop Boulevard West/Hancock Drive.

NeighborhoodX analyzed the properties currently listed for sale in Rosedale and found that the average asking price is $308/square foot, and the range behind this average is tighter than other neighborhoods.

The high end is $392/square foot (4100 Idlewild Road)

The low end is only slightly less, at $282/square foot (1812 West 38th Street).
