Houses in Barton Creek, Old West Austin, and Rob Roy neighborhoods pulled in the big money

1508 Marshall Lane, listed $4.5 million, sold $4 million: A five-bedroom, five-bathroom home built on over half an acre in 1915 is about as Old West Austin as it gets. 8201 Talbot Cove, listed $2,025,000, sold $1,859,525: A traditional, 6,216-square-foot house on four acres in Rob Roy on the Creek subdivision west of Loop 360, this home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with lots of casual and formal spaces, a pool, and Hill Country views.

3020 Thousand Oaks Drive, listed 1,200,000, sold $1,210,000: A new build backing to greenbelt with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, this 3,725-square-foot house looks to have pretty much everything you'd expect for the neighborhood and price: Office, game room, high-end finishes, walk-in closets and bathrooms for each bedroom, and an oversized garage.

8405 Navidad Drive, listed $1,900,000, sold $1,775,000: This 4,846-square-foot 1990s build backs to the greenbelt on a large Barton Creek lot with tall oaks and Hill Country and golf course views. There are three bedrooms on the main level and one upstairs guest bedroom, along with five and a half bathrooms.

1928 Wimberly Lane, listed $1,250,000, sold $1,175,000: Located in an exclusive gated community in Barton Creek, this 4,310-square-foot, upgraded 2006 house has five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, an outdoor living area with pool, a fireplace in the master bedroom, a sunroom, and greenbelt views.
