We are baffled by the dead-plant-as-light-fixture, but otherwise, this cozy cottage does a good job of being wee without getting too twee.
Actually, at 1,880 square feet, it's not all that wee, but its deceptively old-timey design (it was built in 2012) and the fact that it's tucked under a gigantic oak tree—plus high ceilings, screened porches, and sweet garden plot—make it seem so.
The Bouldin Creek condo/city home (is what we're calling these kinds of detached, subdivided houses now) has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
