800 West Mary Street, $1,750,000, listed at $1,825,000: Local firms FAB architecture and McCabe Development designed and built (respectively) this three-bedroom, two-and-half-bathroom Bouldin contemporary. At 3,291 square feet, it features four covered patios and a sky deck with downtown views, an outdoor fireplace, and an elevator.

10205 Milky Way Drive, $1,685,000, listed at $1,695,000: At 6,551 square feet, it's definitely the biggest home sold in the area this week. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gym, a wine bar, and two stories of verandas.

1817 Dexter Street, $1,625,000, listed at $1,650,000: This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom Moazami home in the Zilker neighborhood has 14-foot ceilings in living, kitchen, and dining rooms and lots of natural light in 3,100 square feet.

Austonian Condominiums, 200 Congress Avenue, $1,300,000, listed at $1,364,900: This luxury condo in a prime downtown location measures 1,918 square feet and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and views of the Capitol and Lady Bird Lake.
