6504 West Courtyard Drive—Views and clean, contemporary design are the big features of this 5,133-square-feet house with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms in the Shepherd Mountain area. Listed $1,998,000; sold $1,950,00.

4903 Avenue H—A 3,414-square-foot Hyde Park home built in 1948, this two-story Craftsman-style house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Located on a large lot, it also has a pool and pool house with full kitchen and bath. Listed 1,250,000; sold $1,293,505.
