Our friends at NeighborhoodX have been doing some micro-analysis on different Austin neighborhoods, but today, they're switching it up with a look at tiny condominium units. That would be condos that are 450 square feet or smaller—what city wonks in some cities have started calling "micro-apartments."
On an asking price basis, these ranged from $75,000 (2220 Leon St. #103) to $158,500 (701 West 24th Street #305).
On a per-square-foot basis, these ranged from $237 (2220 Leon St. #103) to $398/square foot (2107 Rio Grande Street #5).
You can see all the tiny condos on NeighborhoodX's full, interactive chart here.
