1930 Clarksville Mansion Exudes Spanish Colonial Style

One-of-a-kind, $7.5M Austin compound has multiple use options

This Spanish Colonial looks like a combination of Old Hollywood mansion and an entire city block of Santa Fe, New Mexico, so we're pretty much sold.

The 10,884-square-foot compound was built in 1930 and had a 1980s expansion with design by noted local architect Sinclair Black.

The manse has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a pool, and five fireplaces. It's staged for residential use and appears to have been used for that in some fashion (single- and/or multifamily), but the listing notes that it is zoned for commercial use as well.
