3209 Clearview Drive—Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, in a 3,312 Tarrytown two-story built in 1942. Listed 1,349,000; sold $1,334,000.

7218 Valburn Drive—This 3,855-square-foot Northwest Hills home has four bedrooms, three and half bathrooms, high ceilings, and panoramic views. Listed 1,150,000; sold $1,025,000.

2105 Wilson Street—A 2013 build at the edge of Travis Heights, this two-story house has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and measures 2,413 square feet. Listed $985,000; sold $965,200.
