Neighborhood Market Watch: How Much It Costs to Buy a Home in Clarksville Right Now

In an ongoing series for Curbed Austin, real-estate analytics site NeighborhoodX is taking a close look at sales price ranges in different neighborhoods. Today, it’s checking out numbers in Clarksville.

Clarksville is a well-known and storied historic district on the southwest edge of downtown. It is bounded by West Sixth Street on the south, Enfield Road to the north, North Lamar Boulevard to the east, and Newfield Lane/MoPac to the west.

The current average listing price in Clarksville (the subset of properties excludes those primarily positioned as development sites, foreclosures, and so on) is $478/square foot.

The individual properties that make up that average range from $314/square foot (606 West Lynn Street #27) to $689/square foot (1710 Palma Plaza).
