5604 Southwest Parkway, one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom apartment, 692 square feet, $1,162/month: Fitness and outdoor activities seem important and supported at this Oak Hill complex, which advertises proximity to a Wellbeats FitnessProgram and free mountain bike rentals.

1113 East Second Street, one-bedroom, one-bedroom duplex unit, 650 square feet, $1,195/month.
