In an ongoing series for Curbed Austin, real-estate analytics site NeighborhoodX is taking a close look at sales price ranges in different neighborhoods.
This week, the site took a look at Downtown, which is generally considered to range from East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to Lady Bird Lake (north to south), with the eastern and western boundaries being I-35 and North Lamar Boulevard, respectively.
The current average listing price is $554 per square foot, although it ranges considerably, from $290/square foot (1808 Rio Grande #11, a two-bedroom condo close to the new medical district asking $296,500) to $1,658/square foot (210 Lavaca Street #3701, a $6 million penthouse at the W Residences).
