A home that embodies the words “Crestview charmer,” this single-family, one-story house has recently installed laminate wood flooring and hard tile in wet areas. There’s a one-car carport and a mud room, a greenhouse, two storage sheds, and two large magnolia trees in the front yard. Pets allowed with pet deposit.

4702 Packsaddle Pass, three-bedroom, two-bathroom house, 1,754 square feet, $1,950/month. This Westgate rancher has been well kept, according to the listing, although it did care to reveal any bedrooms or bathrooms, choosing instead to feature points of pride in the large back yard and and a spacious, open kitchen.
