The Brown Building, a modest but lovely, landmarked Art Deco building built in 1938 at the corner of Seventh and Colorado streets, has long been converted from its original office use to residential lofts. Luckily, it many of its original features, including its rich, marbled lobby, high ceilings, and original terrazzo floors.

Like most of the units, the condo currently for sale in the building has big, rollout windows and views, along with the old-school, industrial loft features such as raw concrete floors and beams and exposed plumbing and electrical conduits, at least in some rooms.

The back corner unit measures 1,282 square feet and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen features stainless steel and Carrara marble counters, and island/breakfast bar, and there are washer/dryer connections in the apartment.

The condo comes with one reserved parking space as well as access to building amenities such as the gym and roof deck.
