4611 Rosedale Avenue #A, two-bedroom, one-bathroom duplex apartment, 800 square feet, $1,450/month. A remodeled unit in a 1941, stone-and-brick Rosedale duplex, this apartment features porcelain tile in the kitchen and bathroom, granite slab in the kitchen, Kohler cast iron tub in the shower, stainless steel Whirlpool appliance in the kitchen.
