The Richardson, new, exclusive apartments located in Tarrytown, held its grand opening recently, and we have the photos to prove it (but we’re only going to show you photos of the building and its interiors, not the party, sorry).
Located at 3215 Exposition Boulevard, the complex offers the unique feature of having no stairs—only elevators to and from its underground parking—something that will no doubt appeal to those wishing to downsize and transition from home ownership.
Designed by prolific, Austin-based architectural firm Dick Clark + Associates and developed by Burlington Ventures (also locally based), the Richardson at Tarrytown offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,209 to 2,957 square feet, priced from $3,300 to over $7,225 per month.
Units have open-floor designs with floor-to-ceiling windows opening on to private balconies, solar shades, hardwood and custom tile flooring and custom kitchens—most with quartz countertops, wine refrigerators, and full-size washers and dryers. And let’s not forget those sweet Hill Country views.

Residents will have a climate-controlled, limited-access parking garage with high-speed roller doors, an electric vehicle charging station, a mud room with integrated dog-wash station, and direct elevator access to all floors from the garage. Climate-controlled wine cellars and secure bike storage are among some of its optional amenities.
