As the Mueller community grows, we thought we’d check in, with the help of real-estate analytics site NeighborhoodX, on its sales price ranges in the neighborhood.
The analysis, which is part of an ongoing series by Curbed Austin and NeighborhoodX, looks at both total asking prices and prices per square foot to provide a more informed examination of home value.
A planned development located on the former site of Austin's municipal airport, Mueller is bounded by a short stretch of I-35 on its western edge, which extends southeast along Airport Boulevard, swinging northeast along 38-1/2 Street and Manor Boulevard, and then back west along East 51st Street on its northern border.
The current average asking price in Mueller is $275 per square foot, although the individual properties that make up this average range from $227 per square foot (2404 Sorin Street, a row home under construction on the market for $610,000) to $367 per square foot (3913 Mattle Street, a single-family home asking $529,000).
You can toggle over the bars on the chart to get more pricing info, and the addresses link to the listings.
