The listing for this quite reasonably priced East Austin home puts its build year at 2018. While that might mean it is truly a new build, it could also mean it was an existing home that has been completely remodeled/rebuilt from the ground up. Whatever the case, it looks to be in great condition, not at all like the fixer-uppers one normally finds at this price, especially homes that are close to the city center.

The single-story, 925-square-foot home is, more specifically, located in the Montopolis neighborhood and has access to the greenbelt that runs along the Colorado River in that part of the neighborhood. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom, a galley kitchen, and hard tile and vinyl plank floors.

The roomy backyard is fenced and contains several mature shade trees as well as a covered patio attached to the house. There are large trees in front, as well, and a one-car garage with room for a second car in the driveway.
