We have to give a hat tip to Realtor and modernism aficionado Creede Fitch for for ferreting out this centrally located home on the market for a relatively reasonable price. While part of that reason is no doubt because it “needs some minor updating/repairs,” according to the listing, it has a new roof (see listing, again) and what look like recent updates in part of the home.

Not to mention its classic modern lines, particularly the roof, along with common features of its 1963 vintage: vaulted ceilings, a partial limestone exterior facade, freestanding metal fireplace, and round track lighting (some of which could be reproductions, of course).

Located in the Windsor Park just north of Mueller, the home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Seemingly only one of the bedrooms is pictured; perhaps the others and the bathrooms are were the upgrades stopped.
