A variety of homes from Mueller to Sendera South

3600 South Lamar Boulevard #206, one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo apartment, 1,058 square feet, $2,000/month. A second-floor unit in a large Barton Hills complex next to the greenbelt, this apartment has an open floor plan, hardwood floors, and a large kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine refrigerator. Building amenities include a rooftop deck, a dog park, a pool, and an outdoor kitchen. Tenant has the option of leasing the unit furnished for $2,300/month.

1004 Eason Street, two-bedroom, one-bathroom house, 1,300 square feet, $2,100/month. It’s unclear from the listing photos if this is an entire single-family home for rent or a duplex or apartment unit in one that has been subdivided. Either way, the Clarksville home, built in 1944, has loads of original charm, especially for wood-lovers. It also has high ceilings, off-street parking, a fenced front yard, and storage for bicycles.

4361 South Congress Avenue #124, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo apartment, 1,191 square feet, $2,100/month. A brand-new unit in the recently completed Public condominiums building, part of the new St. Elmo District redevelopment, this first-floor, corner apartment has quartz countertops, a Nest thermostat, smart GE appliances, Modern Fan Company fans, and custom UV-blocking solar shades. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The unit has a covered patio overlooking the common area courtyard, which has a fire pit and green space. There are also “rooftop amenities” and a dog park.

4620 Steed Drive, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom house, 2,191 square feet, $2,100/month. Located on a large corner lot in the Sendera South neighborhood in southwest Austin, this two-story home has a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, large bedrooms (with a garden tub and separate shower in the master suite), and a kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. It also has a fenced backyard with a covered deck.

Mueller townhouse

2028 Zach Scott Street, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse, 1,240 square feet, $2,100/month. A two-story row home in the the Mueller development, this townhouse has a newly updated kitchen with granite counters, a new stove, and a subway-tile backsplash, as well as new lighting fixtures and flooring throughout. There is a private patio and a garage with alley access in back.
