The 2,058-square-foot home is located in the St. Tropez subdivision, just across the river from Tarrytown, not far from the Lake Austin marina. The stucco exterior is accented with horizontal wooden slats on both floors and fairly small, strategically placed windows. The interior, in contrast, is characterized by large expanses of glass frame the public spaces of the room and open directly to several outdoor living areas. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a large terrace that overlooks the tree canopy. Neutral colors and light woods provide visual flow as well as a blank palette on which owners can express individual style.
