Five places on offer from Holly to Hancock

3406 Manchaca Road #24, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse apartment, 1,586 square feet, $2,999/month. This two-story townhouse is advertised as “executive style,” which in this case means it’s fully furnished and has a maximum one-year lease. It’s in a gated community in the South Lamar neighborhood and has an in-unit laundry room, a two-car garage and an outdoor fireplace.

805 Park Boulevard, four-bedroom, two-bathroom house, 1,576 square feet, $3,000/month. This single-family home is in the Central Austin Hancock neighborhood, adjacent to Hyde Park and just north of the University of Texas. Built in 1930, it wood floors, French doors, built-in bookcases, and crown molding that give it plenty of vintage character. There’s a covered garage behind the house and a large yard with mature trees.

The Monarch, 801 West Fifth Street, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo apartment, 1,400 square feet, $3,055/month. The Downtown luxury apartment/condo high-rise is pretty much an Austin landmark at this point, but as the area around it continues to develop, it convenient to ever more useful and fun stuff. Units have large patios and balconies with views with skyline or Hill Country views. They also have dine-in gourmet kitchens with granite counter-top cooking islands, stainless steel appliances, and energy efficient appliances and tile backsplashes, and many building amenities.

1500 Breeze Knoll Circle, three-bedroom, two-bathroom house, 1,951 square feet, $2,995/month. You get a lotta yard with this one-story, single-family home in the Bee Cave Woods subdivision south of Rollingwood. The home has an open floor plan, a two-car garage, and a big, fenced backyard. Despite the latter, no pets are allowed.

1620 Haskell Street #A, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom duplex, 1,785 square feet, $2,995/month. This large two-story duplex unit in East Austin’s Holly neighborhood has tile floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, and a private backyard with a covered patio. The landlord covers lawn care.
