It’s time again for the High & the Low, a Curbed Austin column chronicling the most and least expensive homes sold in Austin in the last seven days. (Sales information gathered from Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.) Let’s see what buyers and sellers bought and paid for this week!

The top sale this week is a quite large, renovated home located on more than two acres at a high in the Barton Creek neighborhood. The 8,512-square-foot home has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms as well as a study with a private work area, a chilled wine room, a stand-alone wet bar, a state-of-the-art media room, a game room, and sweeping views of downtown and the Hill Country. Outdoors are covered patios, a fireplace, a sports court, a pool and spa, and, naturally, a putting green with stunning views.

4609 Mirador Drive. The property was listed for $4.55 million on Nov. 1 and sold on April 30 for $4.2 million.

1015 East Yager Lane #190. The most affordable Austin property sold this week is a first-floor condominium located int the Coppertree subdivision in Far North Austin. The 565-square-foot home has one bedroom and one bathroom. Amenities in the condo complex include walking paths, a resort-style pool, and dog-friendly areas.
