Outdoors are covered patios, a fireplace, a sports court, a pool and spa, and, naturally, a putting green with stunning views.
↑ 4609 Mirador Drive. The property was listed for $4.55 million on Nov. 1 and sold on April 30 for $4.2 million.
↑ 1015 East Yager Lane #190. The most affordable Austin property sold this week is a first-floor condominium located int the Coppertree subdivision in Far North Austin. The 565-square-foot home has one bedroom and one bathroom. Amenities in the condo complex include walking paths, a resort-style pool, and dog-friendly areas.
