A one-bedroom apartment in the Muse renting for $1,805 per month could be just the place for home-hunters who want to live in a very on-the-nose version of the South Congress scene. The 734-square-foot unit ha a Nest thermostat, granite and silestone counter tops, and designer cabinets; the community features a pool and multiple dog parks (because pets are allowed).
This nifty little detached apartment in Hyde Park is renting for $1,800 per month. The 728-square-foot space has two bedrooms and one bathroom, oak and tile floors, and a remodeled kitchen with exposed brick walls as well as off-street parking and a small yard.
