Asking $355,000, the single-story home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,460 square feet. There’s also a fenced backyard with a patio and a two-car garage.

The Agave planned community in far East Austin has some distinctive contemporary homes on offer, including this two-story house asking $360,000. Built in 2009, it has still quite popular features, including an open concept living area with high ceilings, concrete and bamboo floors, solar panels, and a tankless water heater. It features three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 1,592 square feet as well as a bedroom balcony with views, a deck, and a carport in back.
