A 620-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment will run you $1,225 in this South Lamar neighborhood complex. The Gallery Apartments were built in 1977 but have obviously been updated quite a bit since then and now include something called a “tech package” in the pet-friendly community.

Domain

Radius at the Domain

Radius at the Domain will rent you a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment for $1,190 or $1,220, ranging from 646 to 652 square feet (price apparently dependent on location or some other factor, as the smaller one is more expensive). Most feature modern cabinetry, designer lighting, wood-vinyl planking, and a full-sized washer and dryer, according to the listing. The complex is walkable to the Domain shopping district and pet-friendly.

Far South/Buckingham Estates

Via Coldwell Banker

9013 United Kingdom Drive

If your life’s journey takes you to Far South Austin, you can nab this single-family home in the Buckingham Estates subdivision for $1,195 per month. The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom, wood-laminate flooring, a living room with a vaulted ceiling and a fireplace, and a galley kitchen. There’s a fenced backyard and covered deck, and pets are allowed.
