Admittedly, it would be more exciting to check out photos of this home on the market if it had been staged with furniture and decor. But that would also mean obscuring its swaths of gorgeous hardwood floors, so either direction would have been a win.

Built in 1917, the three-story, frame Craftsman is located in the extremely popular (and historic) Clarksville neighborhood just west of Downtown. The style is consistent with that of many homes in the area, where the physical nature of the mixed-use environment have been kept up in largely the same vein over the years.

The renovation was done in the spirit of the original architecture, so the the interior has the aforementioned dark-stained, white-oak floors and Craftsman-style molding. The 2,664-square-foot-home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms feature stainless steel, marble, and quartz that blend with its period style.

The downstairs living area opens to a covered patio with a fireplace and a fenced, private yard, and the upper level of the home features a private, treetop suite with a bedroom and bathroom.
