Lovers of the sweet 1960s modernism and UT-centric location of Downtown’s historic Cambridge Condos might be interested in this one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, which is on the market for $429,500. The 1,189-square-foot unit has balconies on two sides and overlooks the UT campus and the Hill Country to the west. The $300 HOA fee includes all bills except internet and access to amenities including a 24-hour front desk concierge and security, a parking garage attendant, a pool, a spa, a fitness center, and the rooftop deck.

A three-story condominium built in 2008 can be had for $440,000 or so in Brentwood. The 1,753-square-foot home has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and features concrete and wood floors, granite counters and stainless appliances in the kitchen, custom built-ins, barn doors, and a large patio. HOA dues are $385 per month.

Asking $450,000, this cheerful, updated 1962 house could be an appealing option to those seeking a single-family home in South Austin (specifically, it’s located in the Galindo neighborhood, west of South First Street. The 1,060-square-foot home has three bedrooms, one bathroom, bamboo hardwoods, granite kitchen counters, and fresh exterior paint. It’s on a large lot with mature shade trees in the front yard.
