This 650-square-foot apartment in the fun but mellow north-central Brentwood neighborhood has one bedroom and one bathroom. Apartment in small and quiet community. It’s located in a small complex with parking and shared laundry facilities. Great location in Brentwood neighborhood. Pets are allowed with deposits and some restrictions (only one can be a dog and has to be small and grown). It’s renting for $1,000 per month.
