Data analytics site NeighborhoodX has been branching out again, this time launching a series that looks at the most affordable condos in different neighborhoods and boring down in its data to chart asking prices per square foot. We mapped its chart of 10 most affordable condos in downtown Austin and note some of the findings below.


The most affordable condos for sale downtown right now in range from $249,900 (800 Brazos Street #1010, in the Financial District) to $349,500 (603 Davis Street #1106, in the Rainey Street area).

On a per-square-foot basis, the most affordable condos downtown range from $283/square foot (1808 Rio Grande Street #11 in Judge's Hill) to $610/square foot (300 Bowie Street #906 in the West End).
