Austin's 10 most expensive two-bedroom condos

View as Map

The data crunchers at NeighborhoodX have been hard at work again, this time compiling a list of the most expensive two-bedroom condos currently on the Austin market. Curbed Austin has mapped the findings, in order from most to least expensive.

It turns out that both the most and least expensive condos on the market right now (as well as many in between) are located in The Austonian building downtown. This makes a certain amount of sense, as it's currently our tallest—and therefore, presumably, most capacious—building.

The most expensive one-bedroom residences in the city range in size from 1,926 square feet to 2,961 square feet, with prices as low as $1.74 million and as high as $3.97 million. On a per-square-foot basis, they go as low as $532 per square and as high as $1,322 per square.
