While we try to feature properties in all price ranges, every once in a while, we want to check in on which homes in the local market are asking top dollar. To that end, and with the help of Estately, Redfin, and a couple of local, luxury-oriented real estate companies, we found the 15 properties (single-family homes and condos only—raw land and multifamily properties are not included) on the current market with the highest asking prices and mapped them.

The homes, most but not all quite large, range from $5.79 million to $45 million in asking price. They also have geography in common; all but two are located west of the river, starting around West Lake Hills and spreading northwest from there, to the Steiner Ranch and Lake Travis areas.

Finally, a caveat: There a few private listings, including some with undisclosed prices, that are not on this list, although some of them would certainly qualify. If you have the scoop on any home that would qualify for this list, let us know in the Comments section below, or hit us up on the tipline.
