The smallest condos for sale in Austin right now

View as Map

In an ongoing series, real-estate analytics site NeighborhoodX is taking a close look at sales price ranges in different Austin neighborhoods, ranking asking prices on a per-square-foot basis.

In honor of Curbed's Micro Week, today's comparison features the smallest condos currently for sale in Austin. We've also mapped them for your navigational pleasure.

The smallest condos currently for sale in Austin range from 369 square feet (2210 Pearl Street #206 in West University) to 500 square feet (407 East 45th Street in Hyde Park).

The asking prices for these tiny residences ranges from $82,500 (1840 Burton Drive #222 in East Riverside) to $199,500 (1116 Northwestern Avenue Unit B in Central East)

On a price-per-square-foot basis, these range from $204/square foot (1840 Burton Drive #103 in East Riverside) to $451/sq.ft. (2107 Rio Grande Street #11 in West University).

"Smaller apartments, and especially micro units, tend to sell for more on a per-square-foot basis than larger apartments in the same neighborhood or even building," said NeighborhoodX co-founder Constantine Valhouli of the survey.

Map is ordered from largest to smallest condo. Since many small condos look basically the same, we opted to use exterior photos of the complexes they're in for some just to make it more interesting.]
