View as Map

The data wizards at NeighborhoodX have compiled a list of 10 if the best Austin homes currently on the market for $175,000 or less. Curbed Austin has mapped the findings, in order from most to least expensive, in terms of overall asking price.

The residences at or near that price point—which, we were surprised to learn, include single-family homes and freestanding condos, as well as more traditional condos—range in size from 480 square feet to 1,662 square feet.

On a per-square-foot basis, the range was from $105 per square foot to $364 per square foot.
